Responsibilities
Product Vision
- Build the product vision.
- Define the gameplay direction.
- Define the target player experience.
- Keep products aligned with our philosophy.
Creative Leadership
- Lead the Design, Art, and Product teams.
- Evaluate new game ideas.
- Decide on features and experience.
- Ensure creative quality across projects.
Portfolio Management
- Take part in Greenlight / Kill decisions.
- Manage the portfolio of games in development.
- Set resource investment priorities.
Player Experience
- Track Fun Score, Retention, feedback, and reviews.
- Improve based on player data.
Success Metrics
Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years in Game Design or Product.
- Has shipped a released game.
- Understands mobile free-to-play.
- Strong product decision-making.
Nice To Have
- Has led a team.
- Shipped a game with 1M+ downloads.
- Understands UA and monetization.

Responsibilities
Product Discovery
- Research the market.
- Analyze competitors.
- Gather player insights.
- Identify product opportunities.
Product Planning
- Build the roadmap.
- Write product requirements.
- Define KPIs.
- Manage the backlog.
Product Development
- Work with Design, Art, Engineering, and Data.
- Track progress.
- Remove blockers.
Analytics & Experimentation
- Track D1, D7, D30, ARPDAU, LTV, CPI, Funnel.
- Propose data-driven improvements.
- Design A/B tests, evaluate results, propose iterations.
Success Metrics
